Hispanic Development

Hispanic Development is a group made up of volunteer professionals, who by putting ideas, effort, time and resources together have served the City of Fort Wayne with various programs: English as a Second Language, Spanish as a Second Language, Kid’s Club, Self-Defense, and Computers 101.
